# Danh sách khách hàng

Danh sách liên hệ chứa các thông tin liên hệ của từng khách hàng được định danh bằng những địa chỉ Email cá nhân và các trường thông tin khác nếu có. Mỗi không gian làm việc sẽ có một danh sách liên hệ riêng biệt tùy thuộc vào chiến lược quản lý của bạn.

Khi đăng nhập tài khoản lần đầu, danh sách khách hàng chưa có thông tin nào về khách hàng, bạn thực hiện [thêm khách hàng mới](/quan-ly-lien-he-contacts/cach-them-khach-hang-moi.md) để có thể thực hiện các bước tiếp theo của Chiến dịch hay kích hoạt Quy trình tự động hóa.
